Milford is a river town split down the middle — the Mispillion River divides it between Kent County to the north and Sussex County to the south, with the Riverwalk and a genuinely revived downtown stitching the two halves together. It's a working town with real history: shipyards once lined the Mispillion, and the older south-side streets still have the solid, established feel of a town that built things.

I pressure wash driveways, walkways, and patios, soft-wash siding so it comes clean without damage, and take the same careful approach to older painted wood downtown that I use on historic homes elsewhere in the county. A good wash is the cheapest facelift a house can get.
